Senior Unity Developer

Join a mobile games studio in Berlin and help them scale up a 2D cartoony flight simulator game!
The company is still small (5 people, including 2 programmers) and they’re about to release their first game mid-April. If you feel like having lots of ownership, autonomy and impact - this might be the right place.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop new mobile games from the ground up as well as scale the more advanced projects
Implement systems, game logic, features, and UI
Help validate game ideas quickly via rapid prototyping
Collaborate effectively with other programmers and the rest of the development team in an agile environment
Shape the company's coding standards and best practices to ensure a robust code base
Take ownership of your work and proactively support the team by offering creative ideas to improve the game and our processes

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4 years of experience working as a Unity Programmer
Experience developing games for mobile platforms (ideally 2d, but not a hard requirement)
Availability to visit the office in Berlin on a regular basis (at least a few times a week)
Fluent English

WHAT THEY OFFER:
Hybrid work, mostly on-site in a WeWork in Berlin (Potsdamer Platz)
Salary: 55-65k EUR (negotiable)
