Your role:
As our Community Manager, you'll be responsible for fostering communication with players and managing the entire community across our game titles.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate with our audience, primarily on Steam and Discord.
• Monitor Steam reviews for our games.
• Craft engaging content for Discord.
• Develop comprehensive community management strategies.
• Confidently address community questions and issues.
• Maintain a positive image in community hubs.
• Communicate daily with our team.
• Collect player feedback and relay it to the team.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the video game industry.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong copywriting abilities.
• Experience managing and moderating communities on Discord and other platforms.
• Proven track record of planning and leading communities.
• Familiarity with current gaming industry trends.
• Video recording and live streaming experience.
• Proficiency in graphic software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).

Nice to Have:
• Unreal Engine knowledge.
• Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere).
• Passion for video games.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
