Anshar Studios is looking for a talented Technical 3D Artist to join our team on-site in Katowice, Poland.

What you will do:

• Solving technical issues
• Creation and optimization of materials
• Continuous growth and knowledge sharing
• Game profiling (GPU and memory)
• Optimization of levels, models and materials for current generation consoles

What you need:

• Ability to work in multiple software packages and game engines (Modo or Blender, Unreal Engine 4/5, Adobe Photoshop, Substance Designer)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Strong knowledge of the latest trends, technologies, and tools for creating game visuals
• Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)

Bonus points for:

• Passion for video games
• Strong artistic skills in some field (modeling, texturing, lightning etc.)
• Fluent English (C1 level)
