Technical Director

We're on the lookout for a super talented Technical Director to join our game development team. If you're passionate about gaming, have a solid background in technical leadership, and want to work in a fun and casual environment, this might just be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the visionary for technology, taking initiatives and driving departments to create the best possible project in line with the game's vision.
• Maintain and enhance the technical quality of the product, ensuring stability, performance, maintainability, and scalability of features and services.
• Collaborate with the code team to streamline the development roadmap and priorities across different teams and products.
• Lead and manage a team of experienced programmers, providing mentorship and ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to attract and secure top talent.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define feature priorities and release deliverables.
• Coordinate with discipline leads to evaluate project scope and design, ensuring technical requirements and feasibility are met.
• Regularly assess the state of development tools and production pipeline to meet project requirements.
• Stay up to date with the latest technology trends.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience in software or game development
• Previous experience working on at least one AA/AAA title from start to finish as a technical lead.
• Excellent proficiency in C++ within the game development environment.
• Solid understanding of game industry
• Strong knowledge of the tool pipeline for asset creation.
• Experience in game development for PCs (Windows, Linux) and current-generation consoles.
• Passion for video games and the gaming industry
