3D Animator (specialist/senior)

BLANK. explores bold ideas to create high-quality games that leave a lasting impression in the world of electronic entertainment.

For our first project we are seeking a talented and experienced 3D animator to join our team and help bring our video game characters and environments to life. As a 3D animator, you will be responsible for creating realistic and visually stunning animations that enhance the player experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the art director and game designers to create animations that fit the game's theme and vision
• Create high-quality character animations for use in Unreal Engine
• Use industry-standard software tools to build and optimize character animations for performance and visual quality
• Collaborate with other artists and developers to ensure consistency and quality across all aspects of the game
• Collaborate with other members of the team to set and maintain production and optimization pipelines

Qualifications:

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant 3D animation experience
• Experience creating animations for video games, including knowledge of optimization techniques and performance considerations
• Experience with Unreal Engine
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, or Blender
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for video games and the gaming industry
• Experience with rigging/skinning and simulations will be a plus
