Requirements:

✔️ 2 years of experience as a game designer and a minimum of one title successfully shipped

✔️ Basic knowledge of game design theory and trends (especially in sim games)

✔️ B2 English skills

✔️ Understanding the relationship between design, production, and business

✔️ Ability to give and receive feedback regarding work

Nice to have:

✔️ Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5

✔️ Experience in designing console games

✔️ Experience in one or more fields:

Level design

UI/UX design

Narrative writing

✔️ Experience with Jira and Agile methodology

✔️ Blueprint/basic programming skills will be a plus

✔️ Interest in motorization

Responsibilities:

✔️ Ownership of game features

✔️ Close cooperation with code, art, and level design departments

✔️ Maintaining project documentation

✔️ Researching topics related to the project
