What is the TSG internship program all about?

By joining TSG as an intern, you’ll become a full-fledged member of the team, which means that you won’t just be learning for three months, you’ll also have a real impact on our products. What will be your responsibilities?

• Create and deliver 2D game assets in a realistic style (for example: fishes, lures, baits, icons, backgrounds);
• Creating 2D visuals for in-game advertisements (offers, banners, magazines);
• Preparing graphics for the game engine;
• Searching for references needed to carry out the tasks based on set guidelines and consult them with a leader;
• Willingness to learn new things;
• Seeking knowledge, no being afraid to ask questions;
• Collaborating with the product team and work closely with the art and liveops team;
• Participating in the daily life of the art team.

What do we require?

• Good knowledge of Photoshop or other graphic software;
• The ability to adapt to the style of the game;
• An artistic sense and a solid foundations in the art of graphic design;
• Good communication skills and teamwork;
• Reliable, self-motivated, curious character;
• Openness to feedback;
• High-level English skills (at least B2);
• Student status;
• A Portfolio emphasizing a creative mind and demonstrating experience in graphic design and photo editing (not just illustrations).

Nice to have:

• Hobby projects that can show your interests in 2d game art;
• Good skills in digital painting and background art;
• 3D basics.
