The job

As a Senior Producer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the successful delivery of our game titles. Collaborating closely with our partner development studios, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our internal team and external partners to drive the development and publishing process forward.

Your main missions and responsibilities include:

• Work with our partner development studios during the process of development
• Monitor the running of the project, identifying, and solving any problems
• Review milestones and report progress to management regularly
• Plan, budget, schedule and monitor activities related to games development process flow
• Participate in the decision-making process on product features
• Manage multiple projects in separate phases simultaneously with cooperation with other team members and departments (QA, Marketing, Sales, Finance & IT)
• Be responsible of releases, first party submissions & patches on various storefronts

The position is open in Warsaw, Poland and is available immediately.

Your profile

• Great knowledge of the video game industry
• Passion for video games
• Dedicated attention to details
• Deep understanding of game development, localization, age ratings, QA and general project management
• 3+ years of experience as Producer in video games industry and proven track record of at least 1 game shipped on PC and consoles
• Good communicator. Able to motivate and explain, champion across the teams
• Proactive and independent
• Fluent in English
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Office 365 tools
• Flexibility for business trips when necessary
• Release management skills are mandatory (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Steam, Epic)
