Junior Producer

Are you passionate about video games and want to work in a dynamic and fast-growing publishing company? Do you have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for managing multiple projects and relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are looking for a junior producer to join our team and help us manage our studio relationships and support our publishing team. You will be responsible for:

• Communicating with our external development studios and ensuring they have everything they need to deliver high-quality games on time and on budget
• Coordinating with our internal teams, such as marketing, QA, localisation, and legal, to facilitate the publishing process and ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables
• Tracking and reporting on the status and progress of our games portfolio and flagging any issues or risks that may arise
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our processes and workflows and enhance our collaboration with our partners

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A good command of English, both written and spoken, and the ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders
• A very organised and proactive approach to work, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
• A passion for video games and a good knowledge of the current market trends and best practices
• A willingness to learn new skills and tools and adapt to changing situations
