Anshar Studios is looking for a talented UX Researcher to join our team on-site in Katowice (with possibility of hybrid work).

Responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting user research, such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, or data analysis.
• Analyzing research results and developing recommendations for the design team.
• Collaborating with designers, developers, and other team members to optimize user interfaces and player experiences.
• Monitoring market trends and competition in the field of UX in game development.
• Preparing reports and presentations on UX research for the team and management.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in UX research or similar position, preferably in the video game industry.
• Familiarity with usability research methodologies and analytical tools.
• Good analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Passion for video games and understanding of player needs.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level).
• Intermediate Polish (B1/B2 level).

Bonus points for:

• Experience with game engines, such as Unity or Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of the basics of game design and user interfaces.
• Experience with prototyping tools, such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
• Education in psychology, interaction design, or a related field.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 level).
