We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Community Manager who will be responsible for community-related tasks including relationship management, sentiment analysis, and trafficking of Social Media content plans.

Your daily tasks

  • execute trafficking of content from the Community team on Techland-owned social channels. This includes ad hoc asset management and coordination with internal teams on localization or publishing timeline requirements;
  • optimize the pipeline of player-facing content as per our global publishing calendars, and act as a source of information and knowledge; you'll know the ins-and-outs of what the Community team has coming and how we're talking about it;
  • managing local social media channels and publishing calendars for Dying Light;
  • motivating and engaging our players on a daily basis;
  • contributing to the global communication vision and project selection;
  • monitoring trends, proposing, and incorporating best practices for social media;
  • regular analysis and reporting on channel growth, community sentiment and initiatives;
  • collecting and presenting community feedback;
  • cooperating with Brand Management and Publishing departments to synchronize communication activities;
  • cooperating with other departments in order to plan and obtain content.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in social media content or community management;
  • strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
  • eye for QA, spotting and tackling errors quickly;
  • have marketing experience - launching marketing campaigns, creating marketing assets;
  • have used project management support tools (Jira, BaseCamp, others) can set priorities on a scale encompassing several projects, can make a holistic analysis of costs and time, can change the specification and can determine how changes in it affect the delivery time;
  • experience in managing communication, with a focus on community management;
  • familiarity with the video games industry;
  • creativity, proactivity, and the ability to think "outside the box";
  • the ability to easily make new contacts and maintain them;
  • a high level of maturity, a strong work ethic and a professional attitude.
