My name is Ada and I have the pleasure of running all things marketing at PixelAnt Games. And I’m looking for Senior/Regular Employer Branding & Marketing Specialist to join me on the quest of spreading the word about PAG throughout the world.

You’ll be supporting PixelAnt Games’ growth and development by:

• Focusing on external and internal employer branding projects and activities
• Boosting PixelAnt Games brand awareness through external EB projects, which you will be initiating, planning, running, and advertising
• Implementing our EB strategy into our social media channels (and other digital platforms) –plan social media calendar, do the writing, engage team members and support them in creating expert and employer branding content, publish the content and manage it
• Managing external communication that highlights who we are and how it is to be part of the team
• Taking ownership of all external, internal, and charity events - whenever there’s an event to be planned and executed, you’re our go-to person
• Working with external partners and providers on all sorts of deliverables: from creating digital ads to ordering branded clothes and gadgets – and not just “make it”, but make it stand out :)

This role is for you if you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, external employer branding/recruitment marketing (it’s a must)
• Hands-on experience in event planning, budgeting, and organizing
• Great planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written
• Been managing end-to-end marketing projects – from idea, to plan, to execution

• Able to set priorities and work independently as well as collaboratively

• Play games and/or worked in the game development industry
