2d animator (Spine/Live2D)

We are a new company looking for a talented 2d animator to join our small team and work on a PC city-builder game. Our company is focused on creating engaging and innovative games that provide players with a unique gaming experience.

About the project:
The game is a fantasy city builder-god game hybrid, set in an original fantasy world, where you can not control your units directly, you have to motivate them to act.
We are targeting PC release first, then tablet/mobile. And no, no NFTs, it's an old fashioned pay-get game model.
You would be joining 8 person team, including two other artists.

Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications, the salary range is between 12,000 and 20,000 PLN per month (net + vat).

Responsibilities
Our game is aiming for a mix of 3d and 2d art. Your responsibilities would involve creating 2d animation for units, and sometimes for buildings and terrain. We especially value ability to convey units character in simple actions like walking, talking, or idle animations, as well as ability to convey weight and impact of attacks. You can see the general mood we are going for in the attached concept art.

Required qualifications:

• Portfolio showing experience with 2d animation for games, animation or vtubers.
• 2+ years of previous experience working in video game or animation industries
• Love for games
• English proficiency
