We are seeking a talented Lead Level Designer to join our team in creating an exciting and challenging project: Phantom Hellcat. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing levels that are engaging, structurally interesting, and push the boundaries of what is possible in the action-adventure genre. You will work closely with the art team, game designers, and programmers to bring your vision to life and create an unforgettable gaming experience for our players.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of level designs from initial concept to finalization
• Prototyping, designing, and building interesting and challenging levels
• Maintaining a clear and precise documentation of both existing and newly created levels
• Ensuring levels are of the highest quality and addressing reported issues
• Analyzing user testing results and proposing design solutions
• Identifying, developing, and sharing best practices for level design in our game
• Leading and providing feedback to a team of Level Designers

Our requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in Level Design
• Proven experience in managing a team of around 5 people
• Strong understanding of level design principles, mechanics, and game flow.
• Expertise in Unity and ProBuilder tool
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for creating unforgettable gaming experiences
  
• Strong understanding of traversal design and mechanics
• Excellent ability to organize and structure own work

Preferred qualifications:

• Design experience with games from the action-adventure genre
