Scrum Master

Job Description / Responsibilities:

• Enforce Agile Scrum practices and rules in a new mid-core mobile game project
• Look for improvements and guard team's efficiency
• Proactively identify risks and work with the team to mitigate them
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the role of Scrum Master (2+ years),
• At least PSM I certification
• A strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology,
• Familiarity with domain issues in the software development or gaming industry,
• Fluency in English,
• High motivation to learn and take initiative.

Nice To Have:

• Experience in fields of games production or publishing

Our offer:

• Part-time position: 0.5 FTE
• Contract B2B
• Salary - based on experience 60-110 PLN / h (net B2B)
• Flexible working hours (core hours 11:00-16:00)
• Remote work
