Art Director

We’re actively working on an extremely ambitious indie premium (AA+) title set within an established IP. The project is a narrative-driven Third Person Action RPG that is being developed on Unreal Engine 5 and will be released on multiple platforms; PC and next gen consoles.

Responsibilities:

• The art direction, operations and processes
• Leadership over a diverse workforce and collaborative team to elevate quality, and improve production standard
• Providing strategic, expert advice and consultation on design and implementation of effective artistic processes and high-quality standardization across the studio
• Executes and facilitates multiple re-engineering and process improvement initiatives for individuals and studio’s quality enhancement, providing creative solutions to production/creative issues
• Participation in the establishing, organizing, and implementing of short and long-term goals, objectives, policies, and operational procedures
• Monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness
