Are you a Quest Designer with a relentless passion for crafting immersive and memorable gaming experiences? DRAGO entertainment is on the lookout for a Quest Designer for Winter Survival project that can work with scripting and proprietary tools while collaborating seamlessly with all facets of game development.

Your Role:
As a Quest Designer at DRAGO Entertainment, your mission is to utilize your expertise to design captivating quests and stories in open-world gameplay that align with our project's vision.

Responsibilities:
-Designing, developing, and maintaining quests and objectives.
-Implementing quests, objectives and dialogues in the game engine.
-Providing and updating detailed documentation regarding the current quest flow.
-Identifying issues in quest design and proposing solutions for improvement.
-Collaborating closely with the Environment Art, Level, and Game Design teams to ensure the project's high quality and that all required assets fit the design.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in designing engaging quests and storylines.
-A deep understanding of key quest and open-world gameplay design principles.
-Creativity and the ability to express ideas clearly.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
-Proficiency in English (as we are an international team).

Nice to Have:
-1-3 years of experience as a Quest/Gameplay Designer in the game industry.
-Any experience with Unreal Engine.
-Familiarity with the basics of storytelling, narration, and dialogue writing is a significant plus.
-Passion for games.
