Responsibilities:

• Providing IT support to Anshar folks.
• Setting up the hardware and software.
• Taking care of company assets and security.
• Working on improving IT processes.
• Introducing and configuring domain policies.

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of Windows systems and IT equipment.
• Skillful in diagnosing and repairing hardware and software issues.
• Basic understanding of Active Directory.
• Basic knowledge of networking (switch configs, VPNs, LAN, and WiFi).
• Open, with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team player, responsible and self-reliant.
• Tech-savvy.
• Willing to learn and develop.

Pluses:

• Experience with backup tools and processes.
• Experience with Linux-like systems.
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python)
