We are a new company looking for a talented marketing specialist to join our small team and work on a PC city-builder game. Our company is focused on creating engaging and innovative games that provide players with a unique gaming experience.

About the project:
The game is a fantasy city builder-god game hybrid, set in an original fantasy world, where you can not control your units directly, you have to motivate them to act.
We are targeting PC release first, then tablet/mobile. And no, no NFTs, it's an old fashioned pay-get game model.
You would be joining 8 person team, including two other artists.

Salary:
Based on experience and qualifications, the salary range is between 1500 - 4000€ per month.

About the position
Do you like grass, but never touch it because of Twitter (presently known as X), TikTok and Instagram? Are you searching for an excuse to pretend you are working when scrolling on the toilet? Do you want to join an indie dev team? Will the questions ever end?
We are searching for someone with experience in video game marketing to help us plan and execute our marketing efforts. That includes contacting influencers and negotiating rates if necessary, creating and timing social media posts, and analysing data from previous campaigns. We are willing to hire both, full time and 50% time candidates.

Must haves
Game marketing/Game media experience - 3+ years
English - Proficient (C1+)
Ability to use spreadsheets - Good
Social media experience (esp. Tiktok/Youtube) - Provide examples
Understanding of statistics - good

Nice to haves
Video editing experience - any
Social media account management experience - any
Experience in marketing campaign management - any
Experience in A/B testing - any
University degree in related field - any
