CG Supervisor

We are exploring many new challenges from multiple verticals every day. In this role, you will work closely with our business, product and engineering teams to deploy solutions to enterprise customers and see firsthand how a top-notch AI startup is built.

Key responsibilities:

• Choosing the realization method and setting up a project.
• Preparing task briefs for Artists.
• Supervision over the technical and artistic aspects of the tasks.
• Leading the project team by early obstacle detection, bringing CG know-how, helping find solutions.
• Supporting Producers in tracking progress and keeping milestones.
• Supporting CG Head in Cross-department cooperation especially with rendering team, integration team & Pipeline TD.
• Adding to improvement to processes and methodology.

Required Qualification:

• Experience and knowledge of various 3D areas (modeling & texturing, rig & animation, lighting & render) and associated pipelines;
• Knowledge of 3D creation tools such as Blender, Maya, Houdini, Substance,
• Minimum three (3) years of experience on medium and large scale projects,
• Experience in leading & mentoring teams of CG Artists,
• Ability to bid work accurately,
• Experience working with Shotgrid or similar project management tools,
• Knowledge of optimization processes and rendering techniques,
• Strong understanding of directory structure, file formats, naming conventions, scripts, automation tools, etc.,
• Ability to communicate creative and technical ideas clearly, verbally, and in written form (also in English).

Additionally:

• Experience with programming/scripting languages (such as python, vex, C++, etc.) is a plus
