
The Role
We are seeking an engaging and detail-oriented QA Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be a part of our Game Management team, responsible for building QA practices and standards while being hands-on with all test related agenda on our games. As a QA Lead, you will work closely with our product managers, game designers and game developers to ensure our games are working as intended and provide the best possible experience for the players. You will also have a direct impact on shaping this ever growing team – as a Leader you will be responsible for leading the QA Testers that will be joining the team in the future.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading and supervising work of the GM QA team, managing their tasks and overseeing their delivery
- Mentoring, motivating and developing skills of the team members. Cooperating on the set up of the OKRs and key results. Evaluating performance of the entrusted team members
- Actively participating in recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process of team members
- Managing and guiding team members of the entrusted internal or external QA teams. Supporting supplier evaluation
- Thoroughly communicating expected work, planning, monitoring & evaluating work results, ensuring compliance with deadlines
- Acting as a bridge between the QA team and the Head of GM. Fostering open and transparent communication within the team
- Developing, implementing and enforcing best practices, processes and procedures in the entrusted area
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the entrusted area. Making informed decisions about the choice of tools and technologies according to the team’s needs and capabilities. Encouraging a culture of learning and innovation.
- Supporting the sales department in technical due-diligence of new Game Management prospects – determining resources, staffing and time required to make needed changes
- Identifying potential risks and issues in the QA process. Developing contingency plans to mitigate risks and keep the projects on track. Proactively addressing issues if they arise.
- Creating test plans and test cases for various test types according to projects’ needs
- Performing tests according to QA processes, detecting & reporting bugs, actively communicating with team members and supporting to troubleshoot the issues
- Evaluating, documenting and communicating test results to internal and external stakeholders
- Maintaining documentation of team’s QA processes and projects’ QA documentation. Ensuring that all team members have access and understand the necessary documentation
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience in the field of Quality Assurance for mobile games
- Experience with setting QA standards and practices
- Experience with leading a small team is an advantage
- University degree is an advantage
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Experience with bug reporting tools
- English on an advanced level both written and spoken
Compensation:
from 2,300 € (10,500 PLN) on B2B contract with a fixed monthly rate with covered time-offs

Hybrid working mode. We have office space in Chilliflex Ferrum in Gdańsk
English language course (in case you’d want to brush up on your language skills)
The final amount will strongly depend on your seniority, experience and skills.
