Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of over 50 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our previous title – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. Also we have just published our newest title Ghostrunner 2!

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are looking for experienced people for our next project: Cyber Slash.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to fill the role of Level Designer!

Responsibilities:

• Creating complex blockouts,
• Creating and controlling the difficulty curve of gameplay,
• Co-creating enemies, objects and systems,
• Feedbacking of users systems or gameplay systems,
• Constant communication between departments,
• High responsibility level and independence in performing tasks.

Requirements:

• Very good knowledge of the necessary software (UE4/UE5, Jira),
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in GameDev,
• At least 1 game released on AA level (participation in production from begining to end),
• Work based in our office in Kraków,
• Very good knowledge about Game Industry,
• Openness for new ideas and creative approach to different issues during production,
• Decision making ability and very good communication skills,
• Knowledge of English at a level that enables understanding and creating documentation (B2/C1).

Extra Points:

• Experience in creating documentation and pipelines.
