About us

Our mission is to contribute to the global gaming and cinematic industries by constantly improving the quality of 3D animation.
Bones is a fully equipped production studio specializing in motion capture and all-purpose character animation. As one of the biggest performance capture studios in Europe we work on many AAA games (we co-produce most of the Polish big titles!) and various cinematic productions.

Position description

We are looking for a 3D Artist to join our team. Your task will be to work with our virtual production team - you will supply them with assets of the highest quality. You will cooperate with other departments to create assets for some of our own film projects.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in the industry supported by an adequate portfolio,
Ability to create high quality 3D assets— different styles, depending on the project,

Knowledge on how to optimize existing assets and create guidelines and best practices,
Experience and general knowledge of 3D software that allow you to navigate efficiently in various projects,
Knowledge on PBR system,
Ability to create UV maps,
Ability to create high poly and reptology models,
Experience and general knowledge of Substance Painter,
Experience and excellent knowledge of Blender/3DS Max or Maya,
Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine,
Ability to create hand-painted textures
Good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently within a team
Fluency in speaking and writing in english

Nice to have

Strong visual and artistic skills,
Experience in animation pipelines,
Basic knowledge of Zbrush
