Sales Representative

Since 2016, we've been working with developers & publishers on all kinds of games, from solo-devs to worldwide known franchises. Responsibilities:

💬 Independently conduct discussions and meetings with potential clients (primarily online, with offline engagements at events).
📈 Monitor sales targets, track progress through the sales process, and report on conversions between stages.
🔄 Provide regular updates and propose changes to achieve sales goals effectively.
💼 Create compelling offers tailored to clients' needs.
🎯 Acquire new clients and maintain existing relationships.
🤝 Communicate client needs to the team, even if they extend beyond our current capabilities.
🌍 Represent the company in international settings and participate in industry conferences and meetings.
🚀 Drive lead generation at various stages (meeting, contract signing, follow-ups).
💰 Update offerings in terms of pricing and scope compared to competitors (in collaboration with the strategy team).
📝 Ensure smooth handover of clients to the project team (meeting notes).

Requirements:

🏆 Proven experience in b2b sales, preferably in the gaming, marketing or technology industry.
💬Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
🎯 Ability to work independently and strong goal orientation.
🧩 Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
✈️ Willingness to travel and attend events when required.
🌐 Fluency in English.
