We're looking for a Unity Multiplayer Developer to join our tech team at Elympics.
We are not tied to any specific technology and are always in search of new solutions that better meet our expectations. Specifically, we're seeking someone passionate about crafting Unity games and keen on expanding their skills into backend development. We value someone who is independent, proactive, and enjoys testing new technologies.

We offer a B2B contract with a competitive salary range of 10-12k net PLN monthly, depending on your experience. We are working from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. You have the flexibility to work remotely once a week.🌍

Our Tech Stack at Elympics️:

Elympics is a competitive web3 gaming protocol designed to bring security, ease of use and sustainability to blockchain games. Our tech stack consists of server-authoritative multiplayer SDK, backend services for global game hosting, as well as automatic, out-of-the-box blockchain integration with easy-to-understand smart contracts.

We use new versions of Unity to build sample games and tech showcases, as well as .NET microservices for Elympics Cloud.

Your responsibilities include 🤓

• Collaborate closely with designers and artists to seamlessly integrate game mechanics, features, and visuals, unleashing your cooperative spirit.
• Lead the development process, overseeing the technical architecture to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Engage directly in coding, debugging, and solving problems creatively.
• Identify and address technical risks, proposing solutions to adhere to project requirements and deadlines.

We're Looking for Someone With 👀

• More than 3 years of experience in C#/Unity programming with confident knowledge of both Unity and C#.
• Experience in developing Multiplayer games (min. 2 years of experience)
• Experience with other SDKs (e.g., Photon, Fusion, Coherence, Mirror, or Fish–net)
• Fluent in Polish in both spoken and written (as it is the primary language used within our company) and a good command of English.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of game development architecture.
• Proficiency in Profiling/Debugging and Optimization in terms of CPU, GPU, memory, and build size.
• Capability to work on and create technical documentation.
• Experience in developing existing systems and enhancing solutions within the Unity engine.
• Proven track record of effective collaboration with team members.
• Ability to create new projects from the ground up.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and creativity in overcoming technical challenges. *Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling smooth collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with mobile platforms (additionally, experience with the web).
