Requirements:

✔️At least 2 years of experience as a game designer and a minimum of one title successfully shipped;
✔️ Knowledge of game design theory and trends (especially in sim games);
✔️ B2 English skills;
✔️ Understanding the relationship between design, production, and business;
✔️ Ability to give and receive feedback regarding work;

Nice to have:

✔️Experience with Unreal Engine 4/5;
✔️ Experience in designing console games;
✔️ Experience in one or more fields:
Level design;
UI/UX design;
Narrative writing;
✔️ Experience with Jira and Agile methodology;
✔️ Blueprint/basic programming skills will be a plus;
✔️ Interest in motorization;

Responsibilities:

✔️ Ownership of game features;
✔️ Close cooperation with code, art, and level design departments;
✔️ Maintaining project documentation;
✔️ Researching topics related to the project;
