Your Role:

• Oversee the development process, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate between various departments (art, design, programming) to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage schedules and resource allocation to ensure the project stays on track.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team, resolving any conflicts or issues that arise.
• Monitor and report on the progress of the project to stakeholders and upper management.
• Ensure the final product meets the quality standards and vision of the company.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a Producer in the video game industry.
• Proven track record of managing game development projects from concept phase to full-release.
• Strong understanding of game development processes and workflows.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their best work.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Unity engine.
• Passion for strategy and real-time strategy games.

Bonus Skills:

• Ability to contribute to various aspects of game development beyond traditional production duties.
