Donkey Crew is looking for passionate developers to join our international team, based in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland. If you are enthusiastic about making great PC and Console games in an inspiring and growing environment, and you want to work on our upcoming exciting open world title Bellwright made with Unreal Engine 5, this is the job for you!

Some of what you’d be doing:

• Developing the Xbox port of Bellwright
• Cooperating with our QA department to ensure good performance
• Contributing to the development of the game
• Managing optimisation and profiling processes
• Identifying and communicating challenges related to porting the game

Ideally you’ll have:

• 4+ years of game programming experience, with shipped games on consoles
• Experience working on porting projects, interacting with design, tech art and production team members
• Experience with working in Unreal Engine 5
• Good C++ knowledge
• Experience in optimization
• Experience developing and shipping games for modern platforms
• Communicative English level, both written and spoken
