The Role
We are seeking a talented and passionate Game Designer to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and development of our next generation of games using Unreal Engine. You will be working closely with our team of artists, programmers, and designers to create compelling gameplay experiences that resonate with our global audience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement game mechanics, systems, and features using Unreal Engine.
• Taking care of the game's vision and design.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the creative vision is realized and maintained throughout the development process.
• Create and maintain design documentation, including feature specifications and technical requirements.
• Participate in regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Continually iterate on game designs based on team feedback, playtesting data, and analytics.

Requirements

• Basic knowladge of Unreal Engine.
• Strong understanding of game design principles and player psychology.
• Knowledge of types of technical documentation used in GameDev.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and critically.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for games and a deep understanding of what makes them fun and engaging.
• Nice to have: Ability to prototype in Unreal Engine 5.
