We are looking for an Environmental Artist to join our creative team on our next key project.
Job Description: As an Environmental Artist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality, visually engaging, and immersive environments for our games. You will work closely with the design and art teams to bring our game worlds to life, ensuring they meet both artistic and technical standards.
Responsibilities:
Design and create visually stunning and immersive 3D environments and levels.
Shape and sculpt terrain to create realistic and engaging landscapes.
Collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to develop cohesive and engaging scenes.
Optimize environments for performance while maintaining visual quality.
Implement lighting, textures, and props to enhance the overall aesthetic and atmosphere of the game.
Utilize satellite maps and real-world geographical data to create realistic and accurate environments.
Participate in the conceptualization and prototyping of new environments and level ideas.
Ensure all assets are compliant with technical requirements and constraints.
Continuously iterate and improve upon existing environments based on feedback and design changes.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience as an Environmental Artist in the gaming industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D environment work.
Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, ZBrush, Substance Painter, and Photoshop.
Experience with Unity game engine.
Strong understanding of level design principles, composition, color theory, and lighting.
Ability to create optimized assets for real-time rendering.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within artistic and technical constraints.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of current gaming trends.
Good verbal and written English as you will be working with an international team across many countries.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with procedural content generation tools and techniques.
Familiarity with scripting languages or tools for game development.

Salary: Based on experience - 8,333 PLN - 12,500 PLN gross monthly. 100,000 PLN - 150,000 PLN gross annually.
