We would like you to join us as a:

Junior UA Specialist

Location: Hybrid/Remote

Responsibilities:

• Creating user acquisition ad campaigns for mobile products (using Facebook, Google, etc.)
• Reporting campaign results using available tools
• Support in running marketing campaigns and other marketing automation-related activities
• Searching for new tools and processes to increase effectiveness 
• Maintaining business relations with ad networks
• Data analysis, A/B testing marketing creatives

Requirements:

• Minimum one  year of experience in running e-marketing campaigns
• Critical thinking skills and a will to learn new skills and improve yourself
• Ability to manage projects (be on time / budget related)
• Minimum one year of using ad networks (FB Ads and/or Google Ads)
• Advanced MS Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
• Very good data evaluation and marketing optimization skills
• English language – good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of mobile apps market (knowledge of the gaming market will be an additional asset)
• Knowledge of social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and their use in advertising
• Experience working for an ad agency or an ad network
• Attention to detail
