Rebel Wolves are, at its core, a team of experienced veterans, who want to make great, and innovative Role-Playing Games! We’re working on a brand new story-driven AAA RPG Saga for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for new people to join us!

As a Publishing Producer, you'll be in charge of overseeing the entirety of the initiatives accompanying the marketing campaign. You'll work alongside the publishing team, game developers, and outsourcing partners to craft assets such as trailers, screenshots, artwork, POS materials, etc., support the event organization, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating and tracking progress on publishing projects development, collaborating with interdisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Planning and overseeing the production, working with internal teams and external partners.
• Ensuring the timely delivery of the projects, actively flagging the risks and collaborating with respective stakeholders on determining the best course of action.
• Managing the publishing production budget.
• Supporting the communication flow between the departments.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of project management experience in the gaming industry.
• Experience in working on big-budget projects of a global scope.
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Miro, etc.
• Experience in working with tech and art projects.
• Proactive approach.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve issues individually and while collaborating with other team members.
• Fluent in English.
