Rebel Wolves is, at its core, a team of experienced veterans, who want to make great, and innovative Role-Playing Games! We’re working on a brand new AAA story-driven dark fantasy RPG for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for you to join us!

As a HR Specialist you will be responsible for supporting many HR related tasks in the studio, with a strong focus on labor law issues and document preparation. If you want to work in the HR field, know labor law backward and forward and are people-oriented at the same time -we can be a good match!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of employment and civil law contracts and other related documents.
• Preparation of documentation for ZUS, Tax office and other public institutions when needed.
• Handling the payroll.
• Keeping personnel files and supervision of the proper personnel documentation flow.
• Advising in labor law related issues for the studio and employees.
• Supporting ongoing recruitment processes (organizing candidate applications and supporting communication with candidates).

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 4 years of work experience in a HR department, in a similar role, dealing with labor law issues and payroll preparation.
• Practical knowledge of labor law, social security system and tax regulations.
• An interest in the gamedev industry and/or passion for video games will be your advantage.
• Excellent personal organizational skills and attention to details.
• Proactive approach for the tasks at hand.
• Excel user on advanced level and effective user of other key software packages, (eg. Google Sheets, MS Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Polish & English (B2 level is a must).
