Position: 3D Animator (Unreal Engine)
Are you a skilled 3D Animator who loves making characters feel truly alive? We’re looking for talented animators to craft expressive hand gestures for metahuman characters in our startup-level software project.

Your Responsibilities
Animate Lifelike Characters: Create smooth, high-quality character animations with a focus on hands expressions using Metahumans.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with our Lead Animator and creative team to ensure animations align with both narrative and technical goals.

Polish & Iterate: Implement feedback and fine-tune animations to hit the highest production standards.

What We’re Looking For
Proven Experience: At least 1 year of professional 3D animation experience in Unreal Engine.

Metahuman Skills: Good skills in animating hand gestures for metahuman characters.

Unreal Engine Experience: Solid experience with Sequencer.

Creative Precision: Ability to convey nuanced emotion and intent through animation.

Communication: Strong collaboration skills and fluency in English or Polish.
