Community Manager

We're looking for a passionate and driven Community Manager to join our team and help shape the global player experience for Monopoly World – a bold new take on the classic board game, reimagined for mobile. This is a rare opportunity to build a community strategy from the ground up, influence how millions of players connect with our brand, and grow alongside a dynamic game team. Your Mission:

• Manage and grow a thriving community of millions players (and counting).
• Interact with players across platforms – from Facebook and X to Discord, forums, blogs, and more.
• Serve as the voice of the players in internal discussions, ensuring their feedback shapes the product.
• Drive player engagement and facilitate meaningful 1:1 conversations.
• Create and publish content that informs, entertains, and unites our player base.
• Keep players and forum moderators updated on changes, new features, bug fixes, and development plans.
• Deliver regular reports summarizing community sentiment, feedback, and suggestions to guide development.

Job requirements

• Experience in the Free-to-Play (F2P) mobile games industry.
• Experience in building and managing community on Discord or Facebook (Facebook Groups)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills – written and verbal.
• A self-starter mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong multi-tasking and interpersonal skills – you’ll work with a wide range of teams and people.
• A genuine passion for gaming and community building.

Nice to have

• Experience in running Social Media channels
• Experience in creating 2D graphics
