We’re seeking a generalist, experienced IT Engineer- someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys tackling a wide range of IT challenges. You will be the go-to person for IT systems, infrastructure, event support, and user requests. This is a hands-on, high-impact position with significant independence and influence over the direction of our IT department.

This position is available onsite only (hybrid 3+2 model is available).

Key Responsibilities:

• Hardware onboarding: Prepare, configure, and optimize workstations for new and existing team members according to their development roles.
• Technical event support: Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment for company events (streaming, recording, cameras, microphones, sound).
• Hardware maintenance: Ensure all hardware is properly maintained, updated, and documented.
• IT support: Provide daily technical support for developers and all staff, diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently.
• Network management: Monitor, administer, and optimize the company network infrastructure.
• User administration & policy enforcement: Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across systems.
• Asset management: Track and organize IT assets, hardware inventory, and software licenses.
• Security processes: Implement and maintain security pipelines, disaster recovery, regular backups, and perform vulnerability analyses.
• Process management: Own recurring IT operations (asset backup, disaster recovery drills, system updates).
• Department direction: Collaborate on shaping the IT department’s development, policies, and technical direction.

Requirements:

• Generalist mindset: Comfortable and competent in a wide range of IT support, infrastructure, and operations tasks.
• Strong communication: Able to explain technical topics clearly to both tech and non-tech staff; responsive and proactive in communication.
• Intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Advanced Polish (min. C1 level)
• Self-organization & ownership: Highly responsible, reliable, and able to manage time and priorities independently; takes ownership of assigned tasks and sees them through to completion.
• Quick learner: Adaptable to new tools, systems, and changing requirements in a creative environment.

Technical expertise:

• Solid experience in IT support, hardware setup and troubleshooting (Windows and ideally some Linux).
• Experience with network (wired/wireless) management and monitoring (switch configs, VLANs, VPN, WiFi, Zabbix).
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Experience in auditing own or 3rd party IT Infrastructure in the context of security.
• Experience with user management and asset tracking tools.
• Expertise in Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD): proven experience administering, synchronizing, and integrating identities in hybrid (on-premises/cloud) environments.
• Securing Hybrid & Internet-Facing Services: Hands-on experience configuring, exposing, and securing internal services for internet access, applying modern authentication and security best practices.
• Good scripting skills (PowerShell, Python).
• (Nice to have) Familiarity with game development environments and related software.

Salary:

(depending on skillset and experience): From 9 000 PLN to 15 000 PLN on B2B Contract or from 7 470 PLN to 12 450 PLN gross on Contract of Employment.
