Responsibilities:
• Work in a team on various projects (Co-Dev, remasters, feature development, full cycle)
• Ensure timely deliverables and smooth communication
• Ensure games are optimized across all development platforms
• Share your knowledge or tips and tricks with the team

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of commercial experience
• In-depth knowledge of Unity
• Experience with at least one console platform (Switch, PlayStation, Xbox)
• Excellent C# programming skills
• Optimization experience (performance, memory)
• Knowledge of at least one source control system (preferably - git)
• Professional level spoken & written English
• Desire to improve

Extra pluses:
• Experience developing multiplatform games (PC, mobile, console) on Unity
• Experience with LiveOps and backend platforms (Playfab, Nakama, custom)
• Experience with other engines (Unreal, Godot, proprietary, etc.)
• Experience with multiplayer games
• Participating in gamejams
• Passion for video and board games

What We Offer:
• Salary ranging from 10,600.00 to 18,000.00 PLN per month (B2B contract), depending on your skills
