3D Artist (Frostpunk 1886)

As a 3D Artist, you will:

• Model and texture 3D characters and buildings
• Create custom PBR materials in Unreal Engine
• Create trims and tileable materials in Substance Designer
• Implement assets in Unreal Engine
• Work with the Lead Artist on solving technical/aesthetic problems
• Work closely with a team to achieve defined art direction

Requirements:

• Availability to work in our Warsaw office in a hybrid mode (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely) - non-negotiable
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in the gaming industry, or at least 1 shipped title
• Portfolio showcasing 3D art, preferably game-ready assets
• Proficiency in 3D software of choice (e.g., Blender, Maya), as well as Substance Designer, Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Unreal Engine
• Experience creating 3D architecture, environments, and characters for games
• Experience creating custom materials
• Familiarity with all stages of the standard 3D production workflow (sculpting, modeling, texturing, and implementation in engine)
• Fluent English (B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience in working on steampunk-themed games
• Experience in creating shaders (HLSL)
• Love for video games
