Technical Lead

Core Required Skills
• 8+ years in software engineering with expertise in Python and C++
• Strong AWS architecture background and AI/ML model deployment experience
• Demonstrated leadership of engineering teams
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical designs

Critical Gaming Context (Required)
• Performance-sensitive user understanding - must grasp that gaming engineers optimize at the microsecond level and will reject tools that impact build times or IDE responsiveness
• Awareness that code analysis must handle large codebases (millions of lines) efficiently
• Understanding that integration points must be non-intrusive to existing development workflows

Preferred Gaming Skills
•Unreal Engine architecture familiarity
•Gaming performance profiling experience (PIX, VTune)
•Knowledge of gaming code patterns and optimization techniques
