Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of over 60 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our game – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. Also we published Ghostrunner 2 which was nominated to Game Awards!

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are looking for experienced people for our next project: Valor Mortis

We are seeking a motivated candidate to cooperate with us as 3D Cinematic Animator!

Responsibilities:

• Creating high-quality animations for humanoid characters, creatures and FPP player,
• Creating high-quality in-game cutscenes in UE5
• Working both with motion-capture data and keyframe animation,
• Working in Unreal Engine 5, with support from the code team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of industry experience in 3D animation,
• Good knowledge of Maya or MotionBuilder,
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5, especially with Sequencer,
• Experience with FPP and creature animations,
• Strong cinematic sense with solid understanding of camera movement, key principles, performance, and visual composition
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Communicative English.

Extra Points:

• Experience in technical animation: rigging, UE Blueprints, implementation, scripting,
• Gameplay combat animation experience,
• Experience with Metahuman,
• Solid knowledge of the game industry and video games (especially Soulslike & FPP).

Additional info:

• This is a 6-month contract position, but with possibilities to prolong our cooperation
• We have core hours - 10:30-15:00. We would like you to be available during them,
• This is a freelance-based collaboration, so you'll be working with your own hardware and software,
• While this is a freelance role, please note that the scope and stability of the workload are consistent with a full-time engagement.
