Join the Play of Battle Team - Junior Producer

At Play of Battle, we’re expanding our production team and looking for a highly organized Junior Producer to help drive development of our innovative Grand Strategy/RTS game. This is an opportunity to learn production processes firsthand, support the team in day-to-day coordination, and contribute to the delivery of key milestones.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking development tasks across multiple departments (design, programming, art, audio).
• Maintain JIRA boards, schedules, and documentation to ensure smooth project flow.
• Support the Producer in preparing reports, milestone overviews, and internal communication.
• Help identify workflow issues and ensure tasks move efficiently through the pipeline.
• Facilitate communication within the team and ensure blockers are surfaced quickly.
• Participate in feature reviews, and daily stand-ups.

What We’re Looking For:

• Some experience in project coordination, game development, or production (internship or junior-level experience is welcome).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clarity and precision in communication - both written and verbal.
• Ability to track multiple tasks at once and follow through on details.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Notion) - Jira is a plus.
• Understanding of basic game development pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a gamedev environment (studio, indie team, university project).
• Basic knowledge of Unity-based workflows.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Comfort with analytical tasks: preparing spreadsheets, tracking KPIs, summarizing progress.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset.
