Currently, our free-2-play business needs a Customer Support Specialist - someone just like you. Become one of us, and let’s share our ideas with the rest of the world. Sounds good? What will you be doing?

  • Assisting players with their issues and inquiries;
  • Receiving, processing, and resolving issue reports;
  • Collaborating with product teams to improve the player experience;
  • Handling individual tasks efficiently;
  • Participating in game development projects.

What are we looking for?

  • At least one year of experience in customer support;
  • Strong focus on players’ concerns and issues;
  • Ability to plan, prioritize workload, and work under pressure;
  • Engagement, excellent communication, and teamwork skills;
  • Advanced level of English (min. C1) and native Polish.

Amaze us with:

  • Knowledge of customer service or help desk software (e.g. Zendesk, ServiceNow, Helpshift, etc.);
  • Gamedev business experience;
  • Knowledge of the mobile games market.
