Hi! We are One More Level – a still-growing team of nearly 70 people, both seasoned veterans and talented newcomers to the game development field. We create fast and action-packed games. Our game – Ghostrunner – was well received, with over 92% positive reviews on Steam. Also we published Ghostrunner 2 which was nominated for Game Awards! Right now we’re working on Valor Mortis – our game was one of the biggest reveals on Gamescom 2025.

We want to create unique, bold and conceptually independent games that can challenge AAA productions in terms of audiovisual setting. We believe in team spirit, shared vision of our projects and transparency – every aspect of our work is based on these values.

We are seeking a motivated candidate to cooperate with us as Community Manager focused on increasing brand awareness of our studio and games!

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the One More Level’s social media channels across all relevant platforms,
• Plan, create and publish engaging content (posts, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.),
• Build an active community by connecting with players on social media and responding thoughtfully to their comments and interactions,
• Analyze content performance, draw conclusions, and adapt strategies to optimize results,
• Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns on social platforms, including budgeting, targeting and performance analysis,
• Collaborate with the marketing, art and production teams to support ongoing game announcements, updates and promotional beats.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in online community or social channel management,
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their best practices - mainly Facebook, X, Instagram, Discord, Reddit,
• Ability to moderate and monitor discussions on social media platforms,
• Ability to create engaging visual content, including graphics and short videos,
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, or equivalents),
• Experience running paid social campaigns, including targeting, budgeting and performance optimization,
• Good sense of trends – you naturally stay updated with new formats, meme culture, and popular themes,
• Interest in games, gaming communities and industry trends,
• Great communication skills,
• Analytical mindset – ability to interpret community feedback, engagement data, and translate them into actionable improvements,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish,
• Working on-site in our office in Kraków.
