Experienced UE5 Developer

Donkey Crew is looking for an Experienced Unreal Engine 5 Developer to join our international team, based in the beautiful city of Wrocław, Poland. If you are enthusiastic about making great PC and Console games in an inspiring and growing environment, and you want to work on our exciting open world title Bellwright made with Unreal Engine 5, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Working with Game Designers on prototyping, developing and expanding major features for the game.
• Debugging and identifying issues with optimization, bottlenecks and the game’s performance.
• Assisting other departments with technical solutions.

Requirements:

• Interest in developing gameplay features in cooperation with Game Designers and other department members.
• 4+ years of professional experience as a programmer.
• Good proficiency in C++ & Unreal Engine 5 programming.
• Experience with optimizing memory and performance.
• Good understanding of Unreal Engine 5 specific features and tools.
• Ability to write clean code that will be easy to maintain or expand.
• Great problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good self-organization skills and ability to take ownership of features.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
