... and now we're looking for a talented Senior Game Designer to join our team remotely.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Game Designer to join us at the early conceptual stage of development of a new simulation game. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys shaping a game from the ground up, defining its core systems, and building strong design foundations before full production begins.

You will play a key role in transforming high-level ideas ideas into structured, playable concepts and scalable simulation systems.

Required skills:

• Professional experience as a Game Designer, preferably with at least one shipped title in the simulation genre
• Strong experience working on system-driven gameplay
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine 5
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets for modeling, balancing, and iterating on complex systems
• Strong communication skills so you can clearly articulate your ideas and defend design decisions to a multidisciplinary team

Nice to have:

• Experience in Perforce
• Passion for games driven by depth, systems, and player-driven stories.
