To strengthen our sales operations and outreach, we’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales & CRM Specialist to join our team.

Your role
You’ll play a key role in supporting our global sales efforts — from identifying potential partners to keeping our CRM pipeline organized and efficient.
You’ll work closely with the business and production teams, helping us connect BONES’ motion data and animation expertise with studios and companies shaping the future of gaming and AI.
This is a great opportunity to learn fast, take ownership, and grow within a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Support and execute sales campaigns and outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, and CRM workflows)
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential leads
  • Maintain and update client data in Pipedrive
  • Assist in preparing outreach messages, decks, and proposal drafts
  • Implement and improve sales automation workflows using AI tools to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Track and report key metrics (pipeline updates, conversion rates, engagement stats)
  • Coordinate follow-ups and support the team during client calls and demos

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation or project management (preferably B2B tech or gaming industry)
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Pipedrive CRM
  • Strong communication skills in English (B2/C1)
  • Excellent organization, precision, and a proactive mindset
  • Hands-on experience using AI and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity
  • Curiosity about gaming, animation, and data-driven technologies

Nice to have

  • Experience with email automation and CRM integrations
  • Experience in research or lead qualification
  • Ability to write clear, professional outreach messages
