We’re working on The Blood of Dawnwalker - AAA story-driven dark fantasy RPG for PCs and consoles in Unreal Engine 5. And we’re looking for you to join us!

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Active Directory environment, including users, groups, permissions, and Group Policies.
  • Manage identity and access control across the organization, ensuring proper privilege management and security best practices.
  • Review, optimize, and harden AD configuration (OU structure, GPO, privileged accounts, delegation model).
  • Implement and maintain security improvements based on internal audits and best practices.
  • Automate administrative processes (onboarding/offboarding, permissions, reporting) using PowerShell.
  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2022/2025), including updates, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Support and maintain Linux servers (Debian/Ubuntu-based) hosting internal services and tools.
  • Maintain virtualization platforms (VMware and/or Hyper-V) and virtual machine environments.
  • Support core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall policies, and Wi-Fi.
  • Manage backup and recovery processes, including Active Directory and critical systems.
  • Monitor infrastructure, analyze logs, and troubleshoot incidents related to identity and server environments.
  • Maintain documentation and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with IT and IT Security to continuously improve infrastructure stability and security.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar infrastructure role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Active Directory in a domain-based environment.
  • Experience managing GPO, permissions, privileged accounts, and delegation models.
  • Solid knowledge of Windows Server (2022/2025) administration.
  • Practical scripting and automation experience, especially with PowerShell.
  • Experience with backup and recovery solutions (including AD-aware backups).
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms (preferably VMware and/or Hyper-V).
  • Working knowledge of Linux server administration (Debian/Ubuntu or similar).
  • Good understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall concepts).
  • Experience configuring and maintaining firewalls and remote access solutions (preferably FortiGate or similar).
  • Familiarity with enterprise network environments (e.g., Dell, Cisco).
  • Experience with modern Wi-Fi infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with collaboration and identity platforms (e.g., Google Workspace or similar).
  • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
  • Good understanding of security best practices in system administration (least privilege, patching, access control).
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
  • Ability to work from our Warsaw office at least 2 days per week.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Active Directory hardening and security audits.
  • Familiarity with AD auditing and identity security tools.
  • Experience in a game development or software development environment.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD or build infrastructure.
  • Experience with public cloud platforms (Azure, GCP).
  • Experience with log aggregation tools (e.g., ELK stack).
  • Familiarity with endpoint protection solutions (SentinelOne, Sophos or similar).
  • Additional scripting skills (Bash, Python).
