Community Manager

We’re looking for a Communication Manager (Preferably on-site at our office in Katowice) to help shape how players, creators, and the wider community experience our publishing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining our public voice, managing communication channels, and ensuring our games are presented clearly, consistently, and with personality.

This position is perfect for someone who’s hands-on, organized, and passionate about being the bridge between our development team and our players. If you’re enthusiastic about games, great with people, and skilled at turning strategy into playful and effective marketing, we’d love to hear from you!

Community Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Social & Community (Discord, Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Bluesky)
  • Engage with creators, media, fans, and other developers on social media to foster friendly relations and grow our online presence
  • Actively expanding our network of media outlets and digital creators - relationship-based marketing -Build and run a monthly content calendar (posts, threads, patch highlights, game news, community events). -Moderate and grow our Discord: channel hygiene, announcements, events, playtest feedback, engagement, community guidelines, and positive culture.
  • Generate content and create awareness during beats (dev streams, patch drops, festivals, demos); collect and route player feedback and sentiment to the team.
  • Design and run community engagement events such as game nights, playtests, Q&As, and giveaways.
  • Publish news posts/devlogs, schedule events, maintain discussions, and coordinate assets with the team.
  • Own the email newsletter: list growth, segmentation, copy, layout, and performance reporting
  • Build and maintain a creator/press list and public press kits.
  • Create attention-grabbing press releases and creator outreach copy; conduct friendly, targeted outreach; attain organic coverage on YouTube, Twitch & TikTok.
  • Track coverage, maintain a simple CRM and report what’s resonating.
  • Monitor KPIs weekly (wishlist growth, demo/download conversion, followers, engagement rate, Discord activity, email OR/CTR).

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in marketing communications, community, or social for games/entertainment/adjacent tech.
  • Excellent English writing and editing skills (short‑form hooks, clear patch notes) and personable communication skills (social media, outreach, internal).
  • Comfortable running Discord, Reddit and other social media channels, yet following our lighthearted, personable tone - we believe you know best how to communicate effectively
  • Hands‑on experience with Steam news posts/devlogs, discussions, and basic Steamworks tasks.
  • Email platform fluency and list management best practices.
  • Organized project manager: content calendars, deadlines, assets, work transparency, and tidy documentation.
  • Able to analyze campaign performance through native analytics dashboards and turn data into actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Confident in moderating community spaces and running live interactions such as Q&As, livestreams, or community game nights.
