Game description
We’re currently working on an AAA dark fantasy RPG - the first title of a planned saga set in our own brand-new universe. The visual style of animation is grounded and realistic.

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team and support day-to-day legal operations across the company. In this role, you will work closely with business teams, contributing to a wide range of legal matters related to the game development and publishing.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing ongoing legal support to the company, particularly in the areas of civil, commercial, and intellectual property law;
  • Preparing, verifying and negotiating contracts from both a formal and legal perspective;
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of internal policies and procedures in line with applicable regulations;
  • Identifying legal risks and proposing practical, business-oriented solutions;
  • Coordinating work with external law firms, including commissioning tasks and reviewing delivered work;
  • Handling all other legal matters as they arise.

Requirements:

  • Law degree (Polish law);
  • 5+ years of experience in a standalone role. That said, if you’re currently an applicant but believe your knowledge and skills match what we’re looking for, don't hesitate to send us your CV.
  • Solid knowledge of civil and commercial law;
  • Very good command of English, including legal terminology;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in labour law and/or personal data protection.
