Tools / Engine Programmer (C++) — Remote (Poland-based)
We’re a Warsaw-based game development studio working on co-development projects with external partners while building foundations for our own future titles. We’re a small, growing team focused on trust, ownership, and open communication.
We’re looking for an experienced programmer to help shape both our projects and how we work as a team.

The role
You’ll work primarily on tools and engine-side development, improving workflows and supporting both internal and external teams.
- Design and develop tools for content creation and pipelines
- Improve workflows for designers, artists, and other developers
- Collaborate with internal team and external partners
- Debug, optimize, and maintain existing systems
- Contribute to technical decisions and code quality
- Support team growth through hiring and knowledge sharing
Requirements
- ~3+ years of experience in game development with Unreal or in-house engine technology
- Solid foundations in C++ and experience with game code
- Willingness to learn and expand to other technologies
- Experience with debugging, profiling, and optimization
- Experience in delivering features and/or tools to other disciplines
- Deep understanding of multithreading and performance
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good English communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with Unity and C#
- Experience with asset pipelines or data processing workflows
- Console development experience
- Co-development or external partner experience
